Step 2: To exchange those Ethereum (ETH) or Bitcoin (BTC) purchased in step 1 for Swarm City (SWT), you can use the exchange platforms of cryptocurrencies to cryptocurrencies offering BTC / SWT and ETH / SWT pairs following :
